Who we are
pintean.ro is operated by Pintean ("we", "the site"). This page explains what data we collect from site visitors, why, and what rights you have over it. For any question, write to pintean.playbook@gmail.com.
What data we collect
Right now, pintean.ro has no user accounts, login, or payments — the tools shown on the site (Trading Journal Pro, DCA Planner, Trading Plan) are demos with sample data, not live apps connected to your own data.
The only place where you send us personal data is the contact form: name, email address, subject, and message content. This data is sent through a third-party service, Formspree, which processes and delivers the message to us. You can read Formspree's privacy policy.
Why we collect this data
Solely so we can reply to the message you send through the form. We don't use your email for marketing and don't share it with third parties other than for delivering the message (via Formspree).
Cookies and analytics
The site does not set its own tracking cookies and, as of this page's last update, has no traffic-analytics tool installed (Google Analytics or similar). If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly, with clear consent options where required by law.
The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com), which means your browser makes a direct request to Google's servers when the page loads — Google may receive your device's IP address in that process, per Google's privacy policy.
How long we keep data
Messages sent through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to respond to your request and keep a record of correspondence, or until you ask us to delete them.

If you're in the European Union, you have the right to:
- Know what data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Request data portability
- File a complaint with ANSPDCP, the Romanian data protection authority

Security
We take reasonable measures to protect data sent through the site (HTTPS, third-party services with their own security standards), but no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Children
The site is not directed at individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site evolves (for example, at the launch of the real Trading Journal Pro app, with accounts and trading data). The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page.
